About Howard Davies:

Howard Davies is a Partner at ISG with more than 25 years of experience in sourcing, operational management, automation and benchmarking of IT and business services. He is currently responsible for the Life Science, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Oil and Gas sectors in North Europe. Howard is widely regarded as a thought leader in the field of contracting, pricing and process automation at ISG, where he is currently responsible for helping clients improve operational performance through automation, cost management and service provider engagement.  Howard previously spent 7 years as Managing Director of Alsbridge (now part of ISG), where he was responsible for the global benchmarking practice, including the market development of the patented ProBenchmark™ tool.

Prior to that he was Executive Vice President for North America at Compass Management Consulting (now part of ISG)
