Conor Minogue is a senior policy executive in Ibec. He works with Ibec members to develop and promote the energy and climate policy agenda for Irish business. He manages the Ibec Energy and Cliamte Policy Committee which provides a platform for industry to discuss policy options and share best practice on decarbonisation, energy efficiency and the overall delivery of a low-carbon economy. He previously worked in Ibec’s research and innovation policy team, Food and Drink Industry Ireland, Technology Ireland, and the European Commission. He is the industry representative on the National Dialogue on Climate Change Advisory Group. He studied at University College Dublin and Cambridge University.
