Synopsis

Applied Research in the delivery of energy efficiency is required to add a capability to existing efficiency solution providers and mitigate risk for end users. How can energy efficiency be scaled if the roadblocks through the supply chain are not removed? Can the roadblocks be understood in such a way that a new supply chain for energy efficiency can deliver repeatable efficiency solutions?  Who is best to commission such research?
